I made my own bowl, and I’m surprised at how large the portions are here. Everything is FRESH! It was cooked right infront of me 😲 The amount of protein and fiber you can pack into one bowl is impressive, with plenty of meats and vegan/vegetarian options. You can even add dolmades to your meal they’re extremely good! I have dietary restrictions, and Hummus Republic makes it easy: Items are clearly labeled. There’s an extensive selection, including halal, gluten-free (gf), and dairy-free (df) options. There’s definitelt something for almost everyone. Also bonus points: They serve ice cream and desserts. The staff knows customers by name, which makes my work lunch atmosphere so much better. 1000% recommend!

Literally WOW WOW WOW. Incredibly generous, kind, and generous service. Super generous portions and DELICIOUS options. I got the shawarma chicken breast (cooked on the spot) with garbanzo beans. Then 3 dips, crunchy chickpeas, and eggplant. THEN so many cold veggies and 2 types of tahini. I cannot recommend Hummus Republic enough. Come for the food, keep coming back for this level of service!

This was amazing!!! Service was excellent as well as the food. Very clean and well maintained and the ingredients tasted so fresh and organic. You can taste the quality.
